It’s that time again! Come join us outdoors for a great workout. Push yourself physically and mentally while improving strength, endurance, agility and core function. We will kick it up old school using body weight exercises such as squats, lunges, push-ups, planks and jogging/running and at times incorporate medicine balls, bands and jump ropes. The class is designed to accommodate various fitness levels. You will be amazed how quickly time goes by and the improvements you make – and I hope you will have fun in the process!
