Time is a valuable resource, having an In-Home personal trainer eliminates obstacles such as fatigue, motivation, intimidation, boredom, family commitments, or even getting to the gym itself. All the necessary equipment is brought to you including various balance apparatus, weights, medicine balls, resistance bands and more.

Mission

My goal is to motivate, inspire and support others towards a balanced lifestyle through personalized workouts that focus on education, nutrition and overall body awareness.

Motivation

I became involved in the fitness industry to help others make long term improvements in the quality of their daily lives.

I believe in looking at the person as whole; taking into account overall health, movement patterns, postural alignment, activities of daily life, stress, nutrition and sleep. I emphasize safe, quality exercise; focusing on form and instruction on posture and movement of the body. All these components are considered when designing and implementing your exercise program.

To provide the best service possible, I frequently attend fitness and nutrition conferences, seminars and workshops. In 2011 I completed my Bachelor’s of Science in Exercise Science & Wellness at Bastyr University in Kenmore, WA.
