Women’s Bicycle Retreat 2009: Leavenworth, WA
Perfect for beginners, but all skill levels are welcome. 2009′s participants ranged in age from 30-58 years young.
The all-inclusive retreat is a weekend filled with bike riding, skill clinics, informative seminars, and relaxation time to enjoy your surroundings. You will learn and practice cycling techniques under the supervision of experienced coaches and staff. Check out photos from 2008′s retreat!

Mountain Springs Lodge is a tranquil location surrounded by grass lawns, creeks, and towering Ponderosa Pines. It is an ideal setting to learn more about cycling, meet other women, and enjoy a weekend getaway.
Meet Your Coaches
Coach Lisa cycling
Lisa Brudvik is a USA Cycling Level 3 Coach, a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise, a C.H.E.K. Exercise Coach and Registered Nutritional Counselor. She and Amy have worked together coaching cycling clinics and triathlon programs. Lisa shares her knowledge of fitness and nutrition to inspire, motivate, and improve others’ quality of life. She has completed various century bicycle rides, half marathons and one marathon.
Coach Amy cycling
Amy Pieper is an experienced cyclist and triathlete. She is a Level 3 USA Cycling Coach who has helped train and mentor athletes through work with the National MS Society, American Lung Association, and with Lisa through cycling clinics and triathlon programs. She enjoys assisting women to realize and exceed their athletic dreams. Amy has completed numerous triathlons and endurance cycling events including Ironman Canada and Paris-Brest-Paris.
