It is important to have a connection with your trainer, therefore our first informal meeting is no charge.

90 Minute Assessment

As each body is unique, it is necessary to become familiar with your body prior to developing a personalized fitness program. The first appointment is a 90 minute assessment where we will discuss goals and intake paperwork. The following will be assessed: core strength and coordination, body movement through basic exercises, static posture and flexibility. All this data is gathered to develop your individualized workout program.

Self Workout Program Package (2 appointments included)

Your individualized workout program is designed based on our first session, the 90 minute initial assessment. At the second appointment, we practice your personalized workout program following a detailed training card which outlines and describes your exercises and stretches. A copy of the program will be provided to you. A follow-up appointment is suggested in 6-8 weeks to check your progress and revise program as necessary.
