Coach Lisa established a training program that ranged from cardio, to weights and emphasized the importance of balance, core and stability and organized a sequence of exercises to build and support the body’s systems required for this epic event (the elite Transcon – a 17 day transcontinental bicycle crossing of the US). Not only does Coach Lisa work the ‘body’ – she brings significant knowledge in areas of nutrition, sports training and reviewed my nutritional plan. With her help and assistance I adjusted my diet, realized the importance of hydration, and implemented a structured plan of periodization, peak and recovery training.” -Peter
